What is your refund policy?
We accept returns for exchanges or store credit within 30 days of receipt of the item. Custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged. In order to receive a full refund your item will need to be sent back in protected packaging and arrive back at our studio in the same condition you received it.
What happens if the item arrives broken or damaged?
Please take a photo and contact us at our email info@studioroka.co within 30 days of the delivery. We will be happy to exchange it.
If there was a problem while submitting my order, should I just resubmit?
Contact us at info@studioroka.co Please allow 24/48 hours for someone from our team to return the message. They can let you know if your order has been successfully received or not.
What if I like a specific item but would like to customize it?
We are happy to customize any product. We are able to work with different colors, finishes and sizes (depending on the piece). Please contact us for any customization you have in mind and we will happily discuss and consider all the different possibilities. Please keep in mind that our pieces are all hand-made and all pieces will be different, even if they’re the same style. No item will ever be identical. Imperfections are all part of working with concrete and variations in the design are what makes our pieces unique and distinctive.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your receipt and order information including your tracking number as soon as we’ve shipped your piece. If you have any further questions please contact us directly at info@studioroka.com
How heavy are the items and pieces?
All items have different weights and sizes, please check the website for more information on each individual piece. All our pieces are made out of concrete and will be on the heavier side.
Are my pieces fragile?
Please consider many pieces are fragile and may break or chip if they fall on hard surfaces.
Can I put soil and a plant into my pot?
Yes! Please take into consideration the amount of water the plant will need. Excess water can kill your plant and also damage your piece as time goes by.
